Bookings are normally for a minimum of two nights. The normal maximum occupancy is 10 people. Two single fold-up beds are available (extra charge) which makes 12 people, but we do not recommend these for adults for more than a couple of nights, since the house is not really large enough to host 12 for long periods of time.
