The house is just a 10-minute walk from Poulton town centre, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, pubs, shops, and the beautiful St Chad's church. Poulton railway station is also within easy walking distance, with direct services to Blackpool and connections to Preston, Manchester, and London.
Blackpool and its famous seafront are just 10-15 minutes away by car, making Highcross Corner an ideal base for visiting the Fylde Coast. The Lake District, Lytham St Annes, and the wider West Lancashire countryside are all easily accessible for day trips.
